Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with King Philip Sports Cards & Collectibles. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of new, unopened retail products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

In the same condition that you received it

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products

Perishable goods (e.g., opened food, opened candy, opened gum)

Raw single cards & opened boxes/packs of cards.

Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at KingPhilipSportsCards@gmail.com.

5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

6. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable Massachusetts consumer protection laws, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 93A). If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office for further assistance.
